Returns Policy – How do I return an item? – Can I exchange?
What is your return policy?
For UK customers, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of your order reaching you. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we are unable to accept your return. Once you’ve registered your return, you have 7 days to send your return parcel to us.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item/s must be returned in the original condition, unworn with tags attached. Once your return is received, it will be checked by our returns team. If items are returned to us not in their original condition, unfortunately we cannot process a refund or exchange.
All UK returns cost £2.95 which will be made payable by the customer. The return fee for EU orders varies depending on where you live.
We currently offer exchanges to UK customers through our online portal. You can exchange your item for a different size or style free of charge, subject to availability.
Once we’ve received your parcel back at our warehouse, we will be in touch via email to confirm this and your exchange will be dispatched to you. Please allow up to 3-5 working days from the original item’s arrival at our warehouse for your exchange to be fulfilled.
If you are outside of the UK, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you’re looking for a different size or style, simply return your original item and place a new order!
Why does the item I want show as unavailable on the exchange portal?
Can I exchange an item?
If you’re trying to exchange for a new item and it shows as “unavailable” this means the item has low or no stock. Our returns portal will not allow exchanges for items/sizes with less than 5 units in stock. This restriction is in place because we do not process exchanges until we receive the original item and its condition has been approved. In this time, it is likely that your desired item will sell out. Unfortunately, we cannot reserve items for exchanges.
The company offers free shipping throughout the UK
Yes! We offer next day delivery to our UK customers for £5.99 or FREE on orders over £150.
Order before 9pm for next day delivery.
This applies to working days and excludes weekends, bank holidays & public holidays.
Order on a Friday – receive on Monday
Order on a Saturday or Sunday – receive on Tuesday.

Please note that we have separate sites for our customers depending on your location.

Currently, 4th & Reckless does not offer direct shipping to destinations outside the UK and EU from our site. However, our products are available through several international partners, including Revolve, Nuuly, Lulu’s, Shopbop and ASOS.

How do I use a discount code?Updated 14 days ago
Once you’ve added your items to the cart, you will need to click the checkout securely tab and enter the code into the discount code or gift card box:
You can then click apply and from there, your discount will be activated! To check the discount has been applied successfully, lookout for this symbol:
Why is my discount code not working?
If your discount doesn’t seem to be working, there’s a couple of reasons as to why this might be. Remember, your discount will not be applied to delivery charges.
Discount codes are case sensitive, so make sure you’re including all characters with the correct capitalisation.
Some discount codes cannot be applied at the same time as other promotions. For more detail, please refer to the eligibility criteria mentioned during the promotion.
The availability of discounts, such as regional promotions, may vary and are not always applicable to EU purchases. If a discount is specifically mentioned for UK customers, it may not apply to EU orders.
Can I use a discount code on sale items?
Our welcome discount code applies to all items, including sale items. Simply sign up to our mailing list to get 10% off your first order! Sign up here.
Any other discount codes cannot be used on sale items.
Can I use my student discount code with other promotions?
Student Discount codes will not work in conjunction with any other discount codes. If you’d like to learn more about our student promotion, click here.
Can I apply a discount code after placing my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, it’s not possible to apply any discount codes or gift vouchers. Our team cannot apply discounts once the order has been placed, so it’s best to keep hold of your code for your next order with us!
Will you be getting more stock?Updated 9 months ago
We don’t tend to restock our items, primarily to reduce waste and to be more sustainable, so once they’re gone, they’re gone!
However, of course we listen to our customers, so if an item is in high demand we will always consider restocking it. Please get in touch with our customer care team at support@4threckless.com to enquire about any items you would like to ask about.
If you have your eye on a particular item, you can sign up for ‘Back In Stock’ notifications.
You can do this by clicking on the size which is unavailable and entering your email. You will then be the first to hear if it becomes available.

Before you go! Remember that having an account with us is the best way to keep track of your order history and you won’t be able to reverse deleting an account.

Forgotten Password
If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry! It’s really simple to get back into your account.
Simply select the Forgot your password? option on the login page and you will be sent an email which explains how to change your password.
If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us and we will manually reset it for you.
Account Access Issues
If you’re having difficulty accessing your account, it’s possible that you’re entering an incorrect email address. Remember that the email address you set up as a login field for your account may be a different address to the one that receives our newsletter or order updates. Make sure you’re entering the email address you used when creating your account.
If the forgotten password link states that you do not have an account with us when you click to reset the password, it’s likely that you previously created an account with a different email address.
